Handicare Auto A/S was acquired by AutoA A/S
AutoA A/S is a large Danish supplier of minibuses, lift cars and disabled cars. Its clients are private, municipalities, institutions, and nursing homes. Cigno advised and assisted their acquisition of Handicare Auto A/S, a supplier of motorized vehicles for people with disabilities.

S-E-T A/S, Aarhus was sold to Relais Group Plc, Finland
Cigno Mergers & Acquisitions has assisted the owners of S-E-T A/S, Aarhus on the sale of S-E-T A/S to Relais Group Plc, Helsinki, Finland.
S-E-T A/S was founded in 2003 with headquarter in Aarhus. The company supplies electronic equipment to the automotive aftermarket - primarily the professional part of the market (trucks and vans). The transaction is carried out a sector consolidation with big synergies, where Relais Group Plc is the ideal acquirer.
