CIGNO Mergers & Acquisitions has assisted and been the overall M&A advisor to the owners of CARMO FOOD A/S in the sale to Euro Poultry A/S and establishment of House of Foods.

The transaction means that a new major growth-oriented player in the food-sector is born. A combined House of Foods with significant synergies to be gained, as CEO Rasmus Mou Nielsen with a strong board consisting of, among others the two main shareholders Mikael Kristensen and Ejner Sørensen will be responsible for.
